💡 Finnfabrik does not charge listing fees, auction fees, or monthly fees.
You only pay commission when your product is sold.

📊 Finnfabrik’s Commission Model

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Finnfabrik’s commission is determined based on the seller’s total monthly sales:

✅ Tiered model rewards active sellers with lower commission.

🧮 How Commission is Calculated

• Commission tier is determined by the total monthly sales
• Once the tier is set, the same commission rate applies to all sales for that month
• Commission is calculated on the product’s selling price (incl. VAT)
• Shipping and delivery costs are not included in the commission basis
• Commission is subject to 25.5% VAT under Finnish VAT law

💳 When and How Commission is Charged

• Commission is automatically deducted from the seller’s payout
• Charges apply only to completed and finalized sales
• Payouts are processed within 14 days of order completion and the end of any statutory withdrawal period

Example:

• January sales → Payout during February
• April sales → Payout during May

💶 Minimum Payout

Funds in the seller’s account are paid out when the balance exceeds €50.

If the balance remains below €50, funds will accumulate for the next payout.

🚫 No Fees for the Following

Finnfabrik does not charge fees for:

• Listing products
• Creating auctions
• Using additional sales features
• Maintaining the seller account

Starting to sell is completely free.

🔄 Changes to Pricing

Finnfabrik reserves the right to change pricing, commission structure, or introduce new paid services as the business evolves.

• Any changes will be announced in advance
• Changes do not apply retroactively to existing or ongoing sales
