Finnfabrik was born from the idea of creating a truly Finnish marketplace for businesses and entrepreneurs — a practical alternative to international marketplaces and auction platforms.

Rising costs, increasing competition for visibility, changing economic conditions, and growing challenges in trade created a need for a marketplace where businesses can sell, buy, compete and grow in a practical and transparent environment.

Over the years, the idea developed into a marketplace designed to help businesses reach customers, access markets, sell cost-effectively and adapt to changing market conditions.

Finnfabrik was launched in 2026 with the mission of supporting Finnish trade, entrepreneurship and sustainable long-term business growth. We believe that a strong marketplace can create opportunities for businesses of different sizes to participate, compete productively and find new commercial opportunities — in Finland and abroad.

We operate from Kuopio and serve Finnish businesses across Finland, while enabling them to reach buyers abroad.

Finnfabrik operates across Finland, while also enabling Finnish businesses to reach buyers abroad.

Sellers and buyers can operate anywhere in Finland. Products can be:

• Picked up locally — the default option
• Delivered by separate agreement between buyer and seller
• Sold across Finland or shipped abroad

For wholesale and export sales, sellers may specify EXW (Ex Works) or other delivery terms where appropriate. Delivery details, including timing, method, and costs, are agreed directly between the buyer and seller. Finnfabrik does not arrange deliveries.

💼 Payment & Trade Guidance

For larger B2B and export transactions, buyers and sellers may agree on alternative payment arrangements, such as Letters of Credit (L/C), Cash Against Documents (CAD), or Documents Against Acceptance (D/A).

Finnfabrik can provide practical guidance and general information on payment terms, delivery terms (Incoterms®), and other arrangements related to international trade.
