📊 Commission Model
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Finnfabrik's sales commission is based on the seller's monthly total sales.

🧮 How Is the Commission Calculated?
📌 Monthly total sales
Your commission rate is determined by your calendar-month total sales.
📌 Same rate applies to all sales
Once your monthly tier is determined, the same rate applies to all sales that month.
📌 Sale price and VAT
Finnfabrik's commission is calculated on the seller's sale price. The VAT treatment of the underlying sale depends on the seller and the transaction. Where VAT is charged on a business sale, the applicable VAT is included in the sale price.
📌 Shipping costs excluded
Separately charged shipping and delivery costs are not included in the commission base.
💡 Finnish VAT (currently 25.5%) is added to Finnfabrik's commission.
💳 When Is the Commission Charged?
- ✅ Commission is automatically deducted from the amount paid to the seller.
- ✅ Commission is charged only on completed sales.
- ✅ Seller payouts are typically processed within 14 days of order completion, subject to any cancellation, refund, chargeback, payment-provider processing, or other legally required periods.
💶 Minimum Payout Threshold
Available balance is paid out when it reaches €50.
If the balance is below €50, it rolls over to the next payout cycle.
Note: €50 is a minimum payout threshold, not a fee charged to the seller.
🚫 What Finnfabrik Does Not Charge
External fees: Fees charged by payment providers, banks, currency-conversion services, or other third parties may apply depending on the payment method, bank, currency, or transaction. These fees are outside Finnfabrik's control.
🔄 Pricing Changes
Finnfabrik may change its pricing, sales commissions, or introduce new paid services as the business develops.
Changes will be communicated in advance. Changes will not affect completed transactions or sales already in progress at the time the change takes effect, unless required by applicable law.
